ScreenOps for recruiters

AI interview software with evidence for your hiring team

ScreenOps helps recruiters run first-round interviews and review what candidates actually said. An AI interviewer conducts a live voice conversation; your team reviews the transcript and competency report before deciding what happens next.

Start with the role, rather than a generic question list

Create a position with its description and requirements. Define the skills you want the interview to explore and what good answers would demonstrate. ScreenOps uses the role context to plan the conversation and ask follow-up questions as the candidate answers.

Useful inputs are concrete: the work someone will do, the tools they need, and the level of responsibility. A long collection of vague traits makes an interview harder to interpret. Choose a small set of job-related competencies that your team can review consistently.

Invite the candidate to a live voice interview

Candidates join through an invitation link. The interview entry flow explains the session and requests the permissions and consent needed for the configured interview. The AI interviewer asks questions aloud and adapts the conversation to the answers.

Before sending invitations, tell candidates why you are using the interview, what will be recorded, and whom they can contact with a question or an accessibility request. Review the candidate experience yourself so you can explain the steps clearly.

Review the evidence after the conversation

ScreenOps produces a transcript and structured competency report for recruiter review. The report connects assessed skills to interview evidence. Where the conversation does not establish enough evidence for a skill, treat the gap as a reason to ask another question rather than assume a low capability.

Video-integrity signals can provide context for review, but a flag needs interpretation. Technical problems, a shared environment, and ordinary candidate behavior can affect a session. Keep those observations separate from the evidence of job-related skills.

Keep the hiring decision with people

Use the report to prepare a human follow-up, compare evidence against the role requirements, or decide which areas need another assessment. An AI-generated assessment is an input to that process; the hiring team remains responsible for its decision.

To evaluate ScreenOps, bring a real position to a demo. Compare the questions and resulting report with the information your recruiters need. Ask how candidate consent, access to reports, and your retention process will work before you invite a full cohort.
